Student Data
Student accounts are optional and are created only by teachers or authorized school personnel.
If a teacher chooses to assign activities to students, Fluency & Fitness+ stores only the information necessary to provide those services. Student accounts may include:
- Name or initials
- Username
- Password
- Activity performance and progress
Teachers are encouraged to use initials or other identifiers instead of full student names whenever appropriate.
Student information is stored within our secure application database and is accessible only to the account owner (teacher) and authorized administrators responsible for maintaining and supporting the platform.
Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
When processing payments, certain information is transmitted directly to Stripe, including billing information and the purchase amount necessary to complete your transaction.
Fluency & Fitness+ does not store payment card numbers or other sensitive payment card information.

Google Classroom Integration
If you choose to connect your Google Classroom account, we collect only the information necessary to provide the integration.
This may include:
- Teacher information
- Class information
- Student roster information
- Classroom assignments
- Related Google Classroom data required for the functionality of our services
Google Classroom data is used solely to provide and improve the Fluency & Fitness+ platform.
We do not sell or share Google Classroom data with third parties.
We comply with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Use of Google Classroom integration is completely optional.
Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party providers that help us operate our services.
These providers may include:
- Hostinger – Website hosting
- Stripe – Secure payment processing
- MemberPress – Membership management
- Flodesk – Email communication
- Google Analytics – Website analytics
- Zapier – Workflow automation (where applicable)
These providers receive only the information necessary to perform the services they provide on our behalf.
Student performance data is not shared with third-party marketing providers.

Teacher account information is retained while an account remains active.
If a membership expires:
- Student assignment and classroom data are automatically deleted approximately six (6) months after membership expiration.
- Teachers may request deletion of their information sooner by contacting us.
Certain records related to billing or legal obligations may be retained as required by law.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
These safeguards include:
- Secure HTTPS/TLS encryption for information transmitted to our website
- Multi-factor authentication for administrator accounts
- Restricted administrator access limited to authorized personnel
- Secure third-party payment processing through Stripe
- Regular website maintenance and security updates
While no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, we strive to use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information entrusted to us.
Children’s Privacy
Fluency & Fitness+ is intended for use by teachers, schools, and other educational organizations.
Student accounts are created only by teachers or authorized educational personnel.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children outside the educational context.
FERPA
Fluency & Fitness+ is designed to support educational institutions by minimizing the amount of student information required for use of the platform.
Teachers may choose whether to create student accounts and may use initials or other identifiers instead of full student names.
Schools and educational institutions remain responsible for determining their own compliance with applicable federal and state student privacy laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
